That matters more than it sounds. which means that when a resident's needs increase, the family is asked to move them again. Here, care can rise with the resident.  The home is staffed across morning, afternoon and awake overnight shifts, so someone is present and awake through the night. With only five residents, the ratio speaks for itself.
